1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Privacy Policy regulates the basic principles and procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data of the Client of the VŠĮ „Jūsų saviugda” website www.toursinlithuania.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website). 1.2. The collection, processing and storage of the Client’s personal data is determined by this Privacy Policy, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts. 1.3. By indicating their personal data on the Website, Clients agree that VŠĮ „Jūsų saviugda” will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedure provided for in this Privacy Policy and legal acts. 1.4. The Privacy Policy can be reviewed at any time on the Website.

A person purchases a Gift Voucher. 2.2. The website is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing: 2.2.1. Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes; 2.2.2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly; 2.2.3. Personal data is stored for no longer than is required for the established purposes of data processing; 2.2.4. Personal data is processed only by those employees who have been granted such a right; 2.2.5. All information about the processed personal data is confidential. 2.3. The Client’s personal data (name, email address and telephone number) are collected and processed for the following purposes: 2.3.1. To process the Client’s request; 2.3.2. To issue financial documents (e.g., invoice); 2.3.3. To fulfill other contractual obligations.

3.1.
