Gift Voucher Purchase Terms & Conditions
GENERAL TERMS
1. A gift voucher is an electronic document containing a unique reservation code, an expiration date, and a specified monetary value. It is sent to the purchaser’s email address immediately after payment.
2. The gift voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher validity period is not extended and unused vouchers are non-refundable; the voucher is considered no longer valid.
3. The gift voucher is valid for the specified number of participants for one tour organized by VšĮ Jūsų saviugda.
4. If services purchased using the gift voucher cost less than the voucher’s value, the difference between the voucher value and the purchased services is not refunded.
5. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
TERMS OF USE
6. The gift voucher holder selects a tour according to the value of the voucher:

7. The selected option must be arranged by email info@toursinlithuania.com or by phone at +370 611 35830.
8. When booking a tour, the voucher number must be provided.
9. Please bring a printed gift voucher or have it saved on your phone when attending the tour.

The customer confirms that, before agreeing to the purchase terms, they have carefully read all conditions and agree to them. The customer acknowledges that acceptance of these terms takes effect when the customer actively checks the “Purchase Terms” box on the website, thereby confirming their agreement.

By agreeing to the Purchase Terms, the customer consents to the use of the personal data provided during the purchase process for the proper fulfillment of the gift voucher purchase. The customer may at any time request access to or deletion of their personal data held by VšĮ Jūsų saviugda. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
